Trip to Haiti

Posted in: Customer Stories- Dec 19, 2017 Comments Off on Trip to Haiti

I was part of a medical team that included medical doctors, dentists, a pediatrician, OBGYN, ophthalmologist and nurses.  Approximately 20 members on this particular team.  Approximately 600 to 750 local residents attend the mobile clinic which lasts all day Friday and Saturday morning.  The people are screened and sent to the appropriate physician.  As you can imagine, lots of people suffer from back pain.  I saw approximately 150 people in all and I use instrument adjusting primarily, (Arthrostim) as well as some manual adjusting and the fantastic pelvic drop piece.  (I am a big fan!)  I was also able to treat almost everyone on the medical team which was a first for most of them.  The feedback from the medical staff was very positive as was the feedback I received from the local people.  Many of them told friends and family members after Fridays clinic and they showed up on Saturday wanting an adjustment.

The team goes out to a different location every 4 to 6 weeks so my plan is to develop a team of chiropractors to go to Haiti on a rotation basis.  I think it would be great to have a Chiropractor on the team every time they go out.   For more information about the mobile medical clinic, you can read about it at
Thanks for building such a great table!  I really enjoyed using it and I’m sure it will serve us for many years. Who knows, perhaps someday we will need another table down there for 2 docs to work off of!

Solo Practice with Sport Portable

Posted in: Customer Stories- Dec 01, 2017 Comments Off on Solo Practice with Sport Portable

Hello from Germany,

I just wanted to tell you how well my Thuli Sport is doing a year after starting up a solo practice. I wanted to open up as economically as possible and the Sport was the best choice to meet this end. I know guys who have opened up with tables that cost ten times as much, but at the end of the day do exactly the same thing as the Sport with a pelvic drop.

I have used it almost every day and now that I am getting busier in my practice I am really glad I bought it. The new patient I just adjusted was easily a muscular three hundred pounds but the Sport handled the weight even with a side posture adjustment (and inspired me to write about the table to you.)

I thought the Sport would just be a stop-gap until I saved enough for a Tour but really it’s all I need for now, which will let me save up a little longer for a top of the line Tour.

All the best to you folks at Thuli and Merry Christmas!

Pregnant Women Benefit from Chiropractic Care

Posted in: Customer Stories- Oct 10, 2017 Comments Off on Pregnant Women Benefit from Chiropractic Care

Lindsay was in labor, with broken waters and slow progression, for nearly 24 hours when her midwife and doula reached out for a late-night chiropractic support.  A gentle adjustment on my Thuli Tour Portable with Abdominal Swing Away to restore her normal pelvic structure and motion released unnecessary uterine and pelvic floor tension, facilitating the normal progression of birth.  Almost immediately following the adjustment, Lindsay noticed her contractions increased in frequency and intensity, and a couple hours later she welcomed baby Scarlett peacefully into her arms.   We believe all expectant moms should receive chiropractic care for a more comfortable pregnancy and prepare their body for birth.  But chiropractic should also be available at every birth, for every mom and every baby, everywhere. Until then, we will continue to make late-night visits for our patients.  And we will continue to use our Thuli table to do so!

Rehab in the Military

Posted in: Customer Stories- Sep 24, 2017 Comments Off on Rehab in the Military

My Sport has served me and the US Military very well for many years.  It has traveled over 200,000 miles on an airplane, been used in many battles, and has been strapped to the top of an armored personal carrier more times than I can count.  By last count, I have used this table to rehab at least 400 permanently disabled soldiers and put them back to fully active status before they returned home.  So these 400 guys went home without a single disability, which has been my life’s greatest work.  The table has also treated 600 other soldiers injured in the line of duty, over 200 of which were injured by IED’s, and it has held up to at least 50,000 adjustments since I got it so many years ago.

When I would treat on base, soldiers would line up for hours before I got there and I would treat until they were all seen, usually a little over 150 soldiers per session.  I did this for 14 months as a volunteer, and I can say it was the best thing I have ever done with my life.  I will try and find some photos of me with my Thuli Sport on my back with the back pack straps.  The straps were made for it by the Australian SAS, as I got tired of dragging it the 1 mile onto base every time.  So, one night we shared a coffee and a cigar and they made the straps for the table.

So far my Thuli has seen the many different types of people.  I have adjust at least 40 different ambassadors from different countries, countless generals, and pentagon officials, three presidents from different countries, and a few royal people.  As far as I can tell, I am the first official chiropractor to work for the United Nations, and definitely the first official chiropractor (who is not in the military) to officially treat on a base as a chiropractor in a war zone.

Thanks for constructing such a durable and well designed product – I couldn’t have done my work without such a great table!

Zambia Medical Mission

I just returned from a 3 week medical missions program to Zambia. On my two previous trips I used a portable table from a different manufacturer and eventually had to support it with two plastic coke bottle containers as it eventually broke. This time I used one of your tables. 1010 patients later, including over 300 in 3 days, and it works and looks as good as new, even with some patients over 300 lbs. Thanks for making such a wonderful, compact table.

A Table for Champions

The first picture is from the Para Pan American Judo Championships a couple weeks ago in Brazil. This is Marissa before she won silver.

The second picture is Ron getting adjusted at the World Blind Games in Seoul in 2015. He recently took gold at the Para Pan Ams.

The last picture is Dartanyon getting adjusted at the World Blind Games.  He won bronze at the Paralympics in London in 2012 and in Rio in 2016. He is also 2014 World Champion.

I also included a pic of my trusty old Thuli Table in action in Sao Paulo 2 weeks ago.  I’ll send more pictures… The table is great, but I’m looking forward to its lightweight cousin for future travel.

Thanks again,

My name is Alexandre, I graduated from a chiropractic school in France in 2016.  I have since traveled by bike from France to Asia and given a lot of Chiropractic care on the road.

I am in Albania now and I plan to bike all around the world and work as a proper humanitarian organization.  I will be able to do chiropractic treatments from Europe to Asia and perhaps even further. I will start with the Syrian refugees in Greece and Turkey and then help disadvantaged people in many countries along the way.

I just received the Thuli Extremity Drop at the hostel, thank you very much! I am ready to start my world chiropractic bike tour and I am so excited!

Here are some wonderful pictures of Greece in the mountains, this is an amazing country.  Have a great day!

Help after 2016 Louisiana flooding

Intense and prolonged rainfall in Louisiana resulted in catastrophic flooding, leading to a state of emergency.  But my Thuli Tour Table is still standing strong, and yesterday  I adjusted over 75 people who were working hard to get their houses back together.  Thanks Thuli!!!
